The Emergent Leaders Network (ELN) is a non-profit, 501(c)3 organization that promotes and supports individuals, institutions, and organizations committed to helping community college students complete higher education, become community leaders, and develop into successful professionals.
ELN is also dedicated to fostering a conversation about education itself in the 21st century. What is the right balance between fostering critical thinking and developing the skills needed for the careers of the future? How much education do we actually need to be successful and happy?
As AI reshapes the workforce and the skills economy accelerates, community college students are among the most motivated, adaptable learners. ELN invests in them early — because the leaders of tomorrow are in the classroom today.
